With both terms involving cleaning a car, there's a big difference between a car wash and a detail. The primary goal of a car wash is to clean any dirt or dust on the surface of your vehicle. This also often includes a quick vacuum and wipe down of the interior of your vehicle.

An automobile detail involves more time and attention to detail. This is because our primary focus is to bring the vehicle's original condition back to life. We focus panel by panel, ensuring every part of your vehicle is fully inspected and treated. We also have many additional professional services to enhance your vehicles appearance, protect and maintain.

Check-In

1. At the time of check-in, we will conduct a thorough walkaround to understand the vehicle condition and set the right expectations with pricing (all prices listed online are starting prices and subject to change upon vehicle condition).

2. On check-in, we also ask that you (customer), point out any areas where components/parts of the vehicle may have been broken or at risk of being broken. This will help us to ensure we take extra care around any sensitive areas and take precautions.

Interior Cleaning

1. Child car seat(s) should be removed prior to the appointment If you wish the seat cleaned under the child seat. As this involves child's safety concerns, we will not remove or re-install child car seat(s).

2. For vehicle with excessive pet hair that are considered outside of regular working time, we will charge an additional $50 or more, depending on the time necessary. This will be disclosed ahead of time to ensure you understand the cost and approve the decision.

Exterior Cleaning

1. IQONIC is not responsible for any paint damages during the polishing/waxing or external detailing process that may occur on painted surfaces that are aging, that are of inadequate cover/design or have started to lift or crack off the surface.

2. IQONIC will not take responsibility for any damages to paint protective film (PPF) coverings that may occur during the washing process. We ask all customers before starting if they have any protective coatings and if so, we wash those areas with a low-pressure water hose and not a pressure washer to avoid any possible damage.

3. For vehicles with aftermarket window tinting, we clean the glass as carefully as possible and do not use any sharp cleaning tools. In any event, we do not take responsibility for any film that lifts or breaks during the cleaning process.

4. IQONIC only cleans the sunroof glass surfaces with the sunroof in the closed position. We do not open sunroof windows to do any track area cleaning. The sunroof tracks are best maintained by the auto glass shops. They have the expertise to clean and re-grease the tracks and check all the drainage/lubrication systems & vents to ensure proper movement and water drainage.

Engine Wash

​We use high quality products and proper washing techniques to ensure no harm is caused to the engine during the process of the detail. However, if you have any existing concerns on your vehicle engine or engine components, it is your responsibility to advise this ahead of time. IQONIC will not take responsibility for any damage caused to the engine following the engine wash/detail.

Appointment & Deposit

All our services are booked with a non-refundable security deposit. Any cancellation of appointment must be done 24h in advance.​​
